What is online survey?

An online survey is a questionnaire that the target audience can complete over the internet. Companies use your opinions on consumer goods, technology, healthcare, travel, finance et al to help global brands build better products and hence, provide better solutions to your needs.

Why should I join Zippy Opinion?

As a research panel, Zippy Opinion offers a forum to have highly personalized interaction with various brands ranging from Automotive to Healthcare, from Information Technology to Sports or Leisure. 2. How do I register?

Registration with Zippy Opinion is open to all individuals who have a valid e-mail ID & is a resident of the country where we have panels with. You can always sign up through our website -www.zippyopinion.com. Else, our affiliates do send invitations to their customers inviting them to join the program. If you have provided your email address to one of our affiliate companies, you would receive an invitation to join Zippy Opinion.
To register with Zippy Opinion, simply click on Sign Up. You will be asked to provide some basic information during your account creation, as well as some information about yourself in order to participate in our numerous surveys. After you signed up, you will be sent a confirmation email in order to confirm your registration. Don't forget to add Zippy Opinion domain to your safe senders list. We respect our panelists & their patronage and hence, we send mails about Zippy Opinion only! We are here to build a trustworthy and reliable community of consumers.

3. What is the eligibility to join Zippy Opinion?

Zippy Opinion is open to anyone who has attained legal adult age with a valid email address and is a legal resident of the Country with which Zippy Opinion have panels in.

4. Can I have more than one membership account?

No, each person can only register with one account. Our system identifies multiple account entries, and we reserve the right to delete any account where members have attempted to register with multiple accounts.

5. What is the benefit for completing my profile?

The more profile information you enter, the more number of surveys you receive. Having your profile information complete also ensures that you receive surveys relevant to your profile and interest which could bring you more rewards.

6. What profile information do you need?

Apart from basic demographic information, such as age, gender and region, we also ask questions about your profession, interests and ownership of products and services. This information will ensure that only relevant survey invitations are sent to our members. It is not used for any selling or marketing purposes.

7. Why do you need my personal information?

To ensure optimum value of your time and opinions, we will invite you only to those surveys that best match your demographic profile and interests. In order to do so, Zippy Opinion requires a certain level of personal information from you. This information is used only to profile each member for our surveys. Zippy Opinion respects the privacy and supports the rights of its members by limiting the use of its information for legitimate marketing research purposes only.

8. I never received my confirmation email to activate my account.

There are a variety of reasons for this to happen. The email may still be in transit. Depending on internet traffic, it can take a couple hours for emails to arrive. This is more likely to happen around holidays and peak sending times. Ensure that you have given the correct email—no spaces or misspelling. Please check your junk folder and ensure that your email is not using anti-junk software to block any email addresses. If you still have not received an email, navigate back to the registration page and re-enter your email to prompt another confirmation mail.

Membership Terms

1. Are there any membership rules I should know about?

The main principle for membership and the way we treat our members are based on honesty and authenticity.
We ask our members to answer our surveys honestly. With our quality checks in place, we ensure that surveys have been answered in an appropriate time, and sufficiently well.

2. Can I unsubscribe?

Your membership with Zippy Opinion is entirely voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us by email – support@zippyopinion.com
Please note that if you deactivate your account, any rewards/money you have accumulated will not be paid, and if subsequently, you rejoin Zippy Opinion, the rewards accumulated previously would not be carried forward to a new account.

3. Will I be spammed with undesired/unsolicited mails?

You will not receive unsolicited emails from us other than surveys and necessary updates.
You will not be asked to buy anything from us we will not give, sell or trade your e-mail address to any third parties.

4. How is my personal information protected?

Our relationship with members is based on trust, and we take every step to protect personal information. We do not pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes. Your personal information is highly confidential and we never divulge any information about our members. This is strictly against our company's policy.

My Account

1. How do I log into the Member website?

Simply visit the Zippy Opinion website, enter the email address you used to join the panel along with your Zippy Opinion password in the Sign In fields and click "Log In".

2. How do I update my contact information, including my name, email or mailing address?

To update your contact information, including your name, email address, postal address and/or phone number, log into the Zippy Opinion website, click on "Your Profile" tab and then "Update Profile" and follow the instructions provided.

3. How do I know how many Points I have earned?

To check your account balance and see how many Points you have earned, log into the Zippy Opinion website, click on "Rewards" tab to check the earned points and redemption history.

4. How do I change my Zippy Opinion password?

To change your Zippy Opinion password, log into the Zippy Opinion website using your email address and current password. Click on "Your Profile" tab and then "Update Profile" and follow the instructions provided.

Surveys

1. How am I sent survey invitations?

You will be contacted via email. The email will always state that you are being contacted as a member of Zippy Opinion, and we will always state what the level of reward is.

2. Can I refuse a survey?

Yes, of course. It is completely your choice of whether you want to complete a survey or not. If you haven't attempted any survey for a long while, you may receive an email from us checking whether you wish to continue being a member of Zippy Opinion.

3. What is the length of a typical survey?

It depends on the subject matter and type of survey. Our shortest surveys could be between 1 to 5 minutes, and the longest surveys could be up to 25 minutes.

4. What is the difference between member profile and surveys?

Member Profiles (available for online panelists ONLY) tell us a little about you and allow us to target you for surveys that match your interests or experience. You can complete these at your leisure in the "My Profile" area.
Surveys are studies in which you will be asked to provide your opinions on specific products, services or advertisements. Surveys are open only for a limited time, until response quotas are met.
Occasionally, a study has very specific qualifications that only a small percentage of the population will meet, such a situation might occur when a pharmaceutical company requests feedback from sufferers of a rare disease. In cases like these, it may be necessary to query the entire panel using survey screeners in order to find the handful of panelists who meet the qualifications for a study.

5. What am I supposed to do to receive more surveys?

Login to your Zippy Opinion panel account and try to complete your profile. It helps us to find more appropriate survey opportunities. The more the profile details the more the survey opportunities.

Why do I get asked the same question more than once?

This is just to find the right surveys for you. Although it might seem like an inconvenience or a mistake that you are asked the same question more than once – rest assured that it is not and please bear with us through this quality process.
This process gives us a better chance of finding a survey for you and provides better quality data to our clients who are looking for a certain type of person.

6. How long does it take for my Points to be credited into my account after I complete a survey?

In most instances, your account is credited as soon as you complete a Zippy Opinion Survey. Occasionally, it may take 7-10 days for the credit to be posted to your account.

7. How to handle Quota full or Termination?

Don't be disheartened. Quota full is a part of market research surveys and the only way to work around it is to try and take the surveys as soon as you receive them. A person is usually terminated from a survey because he/she does not match the demographic audience, which the research client is looking for. To ensure you do not get terminated often, we recommend you to fill/update your profile so that the right surveys reach you every time.

8. How do you know if my response are accurate?

We build in checks / balances / algorithms within the survey to check the accuracy of the responses. We also look at time that it takes to fill responses in order to know whether your response is genuine or not.

Rewards

1. What is Zippy points and how can I earn them?

Based on your personal information, we will send across relevant surveys to you. As soon as you successfully complete a survey, you will earn anywhere between 10 and 250 Zippy points. Upon accumulating 1000 zippy points you can redeem it for gift cards worth 400 INR.

2. How do I redeem my points?

Log into the Zippy Opinion website, and under your panel account, you can check the total points earned. Once you reach 1000 Zippy Points, you can hit on the “Redeem” button and your Zippy points can be redeemed for gift vouchers, coupons, and products as per your choice.

3. How long does it take for me to receive my rewards?

All redemptions will be fulfilled within 4 to 6 weeks.

4. Why was my redemption request rejected?

Redemptions may be rejected due to a violation of our terms and conditions. Each member must "maintain and promptly update the information you provide during registration, and any other information you provide to us, so as to keep it accurate, updated and complete." No member may create more than one account on our site as well as no surveys may be taken on IP addresses inconsistent with the registration data collected on your geography. Please review our Terms and Conditions on the site for a more detailed explanation of violation parameters.

5. Why Should I refer people to Zippy Opinions?

At Zippy Opinion we provide you with an opportunity to invite your friends and express their opinion. While you are expanding your network, we will put between 5 to 25 Zippy Points in your account basket when your friend completes his first survey after registering with Zippy Opinion.

Privacy

Will Zippy Opinion sell my email address?

Absolutely NOT. Zippy Opinion is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. We promise that we will never willfully sell, trade, rent, disclose, or make available your identity, email address, phone number, or home address to any outside third party without receiving your authorization to do so, or unless we are required to do so by a court decision or by a public authority.

Technical

1. Why am I not receiving any emails from Zippy Opinion?

Zippy Opinion only sends email to Members with confirmed email addresses. If you recently joined Zippy Opinion and have never received an email from us, your email address may not be confirmed.
Check your inbox and Bulk/Spam folders for your confirmation email, you would have received from Zippy Opinion. Follow the instructions provided in the email to confirm your email address. Also, please add admin@zippyopinion.com to your safe senders list.

2. If I have received a password error message, what should I do?

When logging in as a Member, please ensure that you are using the correct email address and password. If the password you are using does not work, you may reset your password by using “forgot password” facility available just below the log-in page.
